- JB Lures has a 30 plus year history of manufacturing premium quality fishing tackle geared specifically towards the Midwest Angler. Owned by Tom and Sandy Langhoff for many years, JB Lures was purchased by Dan and Brenda DeJaeghere in January of 2019. In 2020, the company was moved from Winthrop MN to Bemidji MN where Dan and Brenda also own and operate Mission Tackle. The two companies product line compliment each other very well. Mission is primarily jigs, spinnerbaits and terminal tackle; whereas JB Lures is very strong in the spinner rig, panfish, and ice tackle markets.
