This formulation has been tested and is non-flammable and Electronic Discharge Weapon (EDW) safe. Defense Technology First Defense OC Aerosols are produced in an ISO rated manufacturing facility. All Major Capsaicinoid percentages (MC%) are verified by an Independent Laboratory for quality assurance.
