Made from multiple layers of fully laminated, high strength nylon and laser cut to prevent the material from fraying over time with high use, the SENTRY zippered tourniquet pouch also features our patent pending 1082 attachment system so you can mount additional pouches to them in any configuration to suite your needs. If you wanted to attach the tourniquet pouch to your IFAK kit you can do that. The 1082 mounting system from SENTRY provides a more secure attachment point for your gear than regular MOLLE/PALS or other systems on the market, but is also backward compatible with your existing MOLLE/PALS gear. *Tourniquets or medical products are not included with pouch
