Easily move the rail base to a diffrent location on the rail. Includes adapters, rubber grips, self-adhesive grip tape and stainless steel fastners. Installs in minutes. Fits round rails from 1-1/4 to 1-5/8 inch diameter. Fits 1-1/4 inch square rails.
