Released to promote the worldwide unification of dancefloors in over 40 countries, this compilation features leading lights from the electronic dance realm. Each year since 1997, DJs in a host of clubs around the globe simultaneously drop the needle on a specific track in hopes for greater awareness of the Tibetan cause and universal peace in general. The third installment in the series includes heavy hitters like Moby ("Whispering Wind"), Underworld ("Kittens"), and Orbital ("Old Style"), all of which have donated their tracks and publishing royalties to the Earthdance organization. Launched by one of Groove Armada's strongest tracks to date ("At the River," Coldcut mix), the compilation includes the standout cut from the Breakbeat Era LP ("Bullitproof"), and the tasty Bigbeat of Lunatic Calm's "Roll the Dice."
